The program includes a check-in after 1, 6 and 12 months. At the end of the program your team will have access to all of the course materials and will have created a product strategy that they feel full ownership of.

We'll work together to build a product strategy that aligns your team's outputs with your company's goals. As we identify skills gaps, I'll train your team in the essential skills needed to discover, validated and deliver high-growth products.

Every session is facilitated by me. The workshops are interactive (using Miro), highly engaging, and average >70% NPS.
